As a dietitian, I really enjoy cooking and baking, and I find great joy in discovering new recipes that I can experiment with and adapt to suit my family's food preferences. It brings me great satisfaction to share my knowledge and help others explore simple yet effective ways to improve their health and overall well-being. In addition to my passion for nutrition, I am blessed with a wonderful husband and being the mom of my two incredible boys who make me proud everyday. Since embarking on my health and wellness journey back in 2018, it has been a continuous learning process filled with ups and downs. Although it may not be a flawless path, I find immense joy in constantly discovering new ideas, experimenting with various foods, and figuring out ways to effectively incorporate these changes into my everyday life and sharing it with others.
